In the 18th-century manuscript Secrets of Solomon, the spirit Clauneck (originally called Claunth) appears as a being with the power to grant or withdraw wealth. Rituals describe invoking him alongside Lucifer to transform symbolic offerings into material prosperity.

Clauneck is later featured in the Grimorium Verum, where he is named one of the eighteen Servitors of Syrach and said to be favored by Lucifer. Known as a demon of wealth, he is invoked to attract money, transport riches, or reveal hidden treasures.

He is described as obedient and helpful-but only to those who approach him with proper respect and reverence.
